Mediation Training for Legal Services Attorneys and Court Staff Professionals - Day 3

In this 3-day training, you will learn how to mediate, from contracting with the parties on how to work together and the rules of mediation, to finding what is important to each party through the technique of looping, to brainstorming and evaluating options which lead to an agreement.  You will also learn how to handle your judgments which often come in the way of an agreement, how legal services organizations can integrate mediation in their practice and the ethics of mediation.  Finally, you will learn how mediation skills can be helpful to you in your litigated cases or when you are facing clients, adversaries or court personnel who are upset.
