 LegalServer: Intake and Eligibility

In this session, Erica Gilles, our Compliance Officer, will walk you through the intake and eligibility screening process in LegalServer. We’ll discuss when and how to open a case in LegalServer, how to conduct conflict checks, and how to determine if a client is eligible under the LSC regulations. If you don’t know how to open a case in LegalServer, get confused about some of the intake questions, aren’t sure how to screen for eligibility, or just want to make sure you are doing it properly – this training is for you!

    Erica Gilles (Speaker)

    Erica Jo Gilles is the Deputy Director for Advocacy and Outreach in the Foreclosure Prevention Project. She worked as a paralegal in the Family Law Unit at SBLS from 2000 to 2002 and returned in 2006 to join the Foreclosure Prevention Project. She has a Ph.D. in History from Princeton University and teaches at John Jay College of Criminal Justice.
