De-Biasing the Interview Process

As part of LSNYC's Diversity and Inclusion Initiative, MPG Consulting is offering a training on de-biasing the interview process. This training is designed to equip LSNYC staff with shared language, analysis, strategies, and skills so that they may conduct job interviews with prospective candidates through an anti-oppression and de-biasing framework. 

This training is open to all LSNYC staff. Staff interested in participating in the hiring process over the next year are particularly encouraged to attend. Trainings are limited to 20 - 30 participants. Additional sessions will be scheduled based on demand.
